For some people, finding a job or career that reflects their values and also actually pays a living wage is incredibly elusive. There are young adults who have difficulty launching and get stuck in a loop of feeling incompetent and dependent.
At the other extreme, there are people whose credentials have landed them promising or even highly-coveted positions--but they have a hard time navigating office politics and constructive working relationships with colleagues and/or bosses. I have substantive experience assisting people in facing these challenges in ways that feel both authentic and strategic.
Sometimes I work with people who have achieved an objectively impressive level of success...but who nonetheless suffer from perfectionism, procrastination, imposter syndrome, burnout, and nagging feelings of emptiness.
